About this project:
The Invita digital presence project covered the design and development of the company’s website alongside the management of its social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints. The website was designed and developed as a fully responsive, customer experience-focused platform that clearly communicates Invita’s BPO, CX, and digital solutions.
In parallel, social media content was planned and executed to support brand awareness, service positioning, and audience engagement. Messaging, visuals, and tone were closely aligned with the website to create a unified and professional brand narrative. Together, the website and social media channels formed a seamless digital ecosystem.
